Communication is a very essential life skills that everyone should be good at. Communication is the key to obtain employment base on how you outsell yourself to the company and impress the interviewer that you want to work with. Also having a good communication skills will lead to healthy work environment because you are able to tell others or others tell you about what you did well and what you didn't which will motivate the whole work place environment and thus leads to successful job performance.

  1. Thanks, Cheng Feng, for being one of the first members of Group 6 to set up a blog and also the one of the first in making a post in reponse to the quotation. In that regard, it might help to use quotation marks in the quotation since this is a direct quote, and you should also reference the authors' names.

    I appreciate your effort!

  3. Hi Cheng Feng, I agree with your explanation of the quote. Communication is indeed a very essential skill.

However I feel that some parts of your explanation could be more direct, for example the last sentence was too long without any comma. I think it would be better if you broke it down into shorter sentences. You could shorten the sentence or add commas like "Also, having good communication skills will lead to a healthy work environment, because you are able to interact with others." "By communicating feedback with one and another, it can lead to a conductive work environment." "Thus, motivating you to progress in your work."

    Regards,
    Sarah
