Question includes monitoring of animals for up to 6 months before and after the drilling of boreholes, would be made transparent to the public and projected outcome of moderate impact from the assessment is accurate if alleviation measures was taken. Communication is the key to obtain employment base on how you outsell yourself to the company and impress the interviewer that you want to work with. Also having a good communication skills will lead to healthy work environment because you are able to tell others or others tell you about what you did well and what you didn't which will motivate the whole work place environment and thus leads to successful job performance.
